Enter the real-world length between your two points (the full plan width in map coordinates is 1 from left to right; you can pan and zoom before the second click).
Variables %DEVICE%, %MAP%, %STATUS%. %SITE% and %TIME%
Use $OID$ or a threshold description name like $Nexus Temp$ for live SNMP values, e.g. Temp:$1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1011$ or Temp:$Nexus Temp$
What resolution do you require? Object icons will change size depending on the zoom level selected.
Lower % — zoomed out on the map, larger icons. 200% — strongest export zoom, smallest icons.
On MGMT IPs, when Status (column F) is Requested, the list uses Device - stack position (column B) and shows Location (column C). Those rows appear at the top in green, then a divider, then rows from your main range.
Drag a row onto the map to place, or use Place on next click then click the floor.
Upload a service account JSON key once. Spreadsheet ID and service mappings are saved per site (switch site in the toolbar to configure another sheet).
Share each spreadsheet with the service account email. The main import always uses the VLAN Patch tab at 'VLAN Patch'!A:ZZ.
Requested switches on the MGMT IPs tab are read from B2:F501 (columns B–F, including Location in C) on that tab, using the same spreadsheet ID.
Status options are read from column A on the Data tab from row 2 onward (row 1 is the Status header and is ignored). Pick a pin colour for each status; assignments are saved per site.
Object description overrides the map default. Monitor mode only. Use $OID$ or a threshold description name like $Nexus Temp$ for live SNMP values.
Suppress alerts for the chosen period. Light blue only while down during ack.
Choose the switch and port for this link.
Link turns red as traffic approaches the threshold (50% = brown/red).
Only tick fields you want to change. Unticked fields are left as they are.
